Yin Yoga & Sacred Sound Journey ✨
Join Rachel for a 2-hour sanctuary of deep stillness and restorative vibration. We will begin by sinking into a series of long-held, floor-based Yin postures designed to target the deep connective tissues, release stored physical tension, and quiet the mind.
As you settle into stillness, the room will be bathed in the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls. The sound waves will work on a cellular level to soothe your nervous system, leaving you feeling profoundly grounded, aligned, and restored.
No experience necessary - just an open mind and a desire to rest 💕
