About the event
We will begin with a cacao ceremony to gently open the heart and set intentions for the evening. From there, you’ll be guided into a somatic warm-up to help you drop out of the mind and into the body, before moving into a live DJ-led ecstatic dance journey where you are free to move, express and explore in your own way.
The evening will close with sound and a nourishing Savasana, allowing the body to fully integrate the experience, followed by a grounding closing circle to gently land back after the cacao and music-fuelled euphoria.
All we ask is that you bring your full, authentic self. Every part of you is welcome in this inclusive and sacred space. This is an opportunity to move through whatever you feel ready to shift, express yourself beyond words and embrace the full spectrum of emotions that music, movement and cacao can awaken. Together,…
