A mat or something comfortable to lie on (lots of participants bring multiple items to ensure they are comfortable- your comfort is important. Through being comfortable, your nervous system can relax and you can get more out of the session)
A thick or thermal blanket or duvet (weighted or something or something fluffy may enhance your sensory experience)
A pillow
Eye mask if you have one (optional)
